I suggest running a campaign to educate the public and enforce the rule that a driver must move to the farthest available right lane, every time they pass. This is rarely followed in the UA, while it is the common rule in all developed nations. This is causing others to pass from the left side, causing some accidents. Also, a lot of drivers assume that the two right lanes are only for trucks, that is not true.
I approached RTA a few years ago with the idea, but I was not convincing enough.

I would love to discuss this further and support the effort to convince RTA to do it.
