Our CSR-partner Michelin wanted to offer a ‘Behind the Wheel’ staff training / defensive driving initiative to the first batch of 16 drivers. We connected Michelin with another another CSR-Partner of ours, Dubai Driving Center who held the sessions.
The initial event happened between 9-17 July 2018. It started with a 4 hours theoretical refresher session followed by 6 practical modules lasting for 4.5 hours, each for 2-3 Michelin staff at a time.
Michelin sets a great example of the responsible employer, keen in displaying it’s ‘Good Employer’ CSR label!
