Without her terrible injuries and prolonged recuperation (if indeed this will ever be 100%) I agree that measures such as those in the meadows main road (speed humps) must be considered. Now let me say I can’t stand the speed humps but they serve their purpose and I prefer them to a damaged child. Also the lights being red or green for only half of a busy intersection can be confusing. This aspect also should be considered by RTA when considering changes and future road development.
