One of the other biggest problems I see are those drivers who clog the lane next to the fast lane on the roads – often on the five and six lane highways. They are a big danger and only think there is only one overtaking lane. If these drivers are not educated or penalized for this then accidents will continue to be on the rise. It is time to target these drivers more vigorously as well but yet daily I see this more and more.
