Your proposal/concern is not related to road safety. Reaching office in time or being punctual does not effects road safety. One should have their time management and planning so that he leaves for office or any desired destination in such a duration gap that he reaches destination safely under controlled driving and with all safety precautions. Harsh driving should be avoided even if u are late, coz life is more important than anything else. Accident happens due to negligence of traffic rules, safety, lack of education, design failure, vehicular damages etc. So, just follow traffic rules, road signage, signals, drive under controlled speed, maintain safe distance, drive in designated lanes and be safe always.
