However, the car at the back ran away Saaed came and took pictures of my car back and front and then received message non faulty. When retrieving report, report is not available. after two days, somebody called me and asked whatvhappened at the accident. Then, morning came, a report was issued, and it was my fault now. When I called the Saaed customer service, they told me that because they cant find find the car and no camera is present in the area, im the one who is at fault is that correct? how can i object and dispute the report? Appreciate your help and replies.

We are not aware of any specific laws with regards to accidents involving Ambulances or other Emergency vehicles. It is fair to assume that in these cases the normal rules of the road apply. In this specific case it sounds bizarre that a vehicle stops in the middle of the road hearing a siren. However, as we do not have the full details nor the police evaluation accident report, it is not really possible to comment in detail from our point of view.

There is situation occur where ambulance accidentally hit a vehicle in front because it stopped in the middle of the road upon hearing the siren of an ambulance. Upon investigation by authorities, the ambulance driver was declared the one at fault for the reason that he is the one who bumped on the car next to him.

It is difficult to have an opinion from the distance. The police officers you engaged with would be the best to tell you the reasons for the fine.
Pulling into a ‘rough road’/dirt road/sand piste off a normal road can be tricky as it might confuse other drivers. Best to pull off the road to the right, wait until the road is clear from front and rear and then maneuver.
In case the vehicle behind you (your friend) did not use the indicator (just speculating), the accident driver might not have seen your left hand indicator and hence he overtook and the accident happened.
Turning on and off roads is one of the main causes of road death in the UAE and we all must be super careful!

When I was driving a pickup, after a roundabout (200 mtrs) had two-way road, I switch on left side indicator and need to turn left side rough eoad, no car from my front I just stop for seconds, one guy overtaken me and also hit my friendside nprojected number area of pickup. And then he runaway from accident area and come back after
10 to 15 minutes police came over there .
Then police told my mistake and make me fine also.
Please Let me know , what was wrong with me..?
