Hi Joseph,

You need to look out for blue signs with a km/h number on it. Typically there is a minimum speed limit of 60km/h mentioned on these blue signs on UAE highways. When you drive slower you put other vehicles in danger and hence there is a fine issued by police.

Can you install front and rear cameras in your car to capture poor road practices along with a sign that advises other drivers that any dangerous driving activity will be recorded and used as evidence.

The Best Guideline Safety Rules of UAE-if followed properly to achieve almost zero accidents !

But unfortunately drivers are recklessly overtaking from “rightside” lanes avoiding themselves to be caught in camera.
And speeding above 100 on 6th or 7th lanes where trucks are moving slowly making their attention in distraction. The Truck drivers need more attention to control in such situation, and any small mistake lead to big mishap.

Particularly some “staff vehicle” drivers are so reckless.

Yes, why not? The UAE seat belt law mandates everyone in the car to be buckled up (1 person – 1 belt) at all times.
